Our Prairie Habitat Native Plant Collection offers year-round visual interest with a beautiful mix of native plants. As development across the country has reduced natural prairie habitats, your garden can play an important role in helping these healthy ecosystems rebound. This collection includes butterfly host plants and pollinator-friendly flowers that will attract butterflies and bees. Leaving grasses and flower seed heads standing over the winter will provide habitat for hibernating pollinators and seeds to feed birds.

We included both native plants, and native cultivars, featuring plants with a broad native range that are known to grow well together. Repeat this collection to create a meadowscape planting that can fill a flower bed or replace part of your lawn for a beautiful, habitat-friendly yard.
