Martagon Mania Bulb Collection
(24-72" tall) The Martagon Mania Bulb Collection creates a spectacle in the early summer garden. The dark red blooms of 'Claude Shride' open first, blooming late spring through early summer when the other two varieties unfurl their blooms. 'Sunny Morning' compliments those dark hues with orange petals splashed with maroon flecks, while 'Manitoba Morning' adds a softer coral-red to the mix. Plant 'Claude Shride' toward the back of beds, as it soars up to six feet tall. 'Sunny Morning' is the shortest variety at two to three feet tall, while 'Manitoba Morning' grows three to four feet. Together, they carry the stunning blooms through the garden, creating bursts of color. Martagon Lilies form large clumps over time and their dramatic display grows with them from year to year. Plants are hardy in zones 3 to 7 and perform best in a moist, well-drained soil. Give them plenty of sunshine to power those vibrant blooms.
Our Martagon Mania Bulb Collection is roughly 4' x 3' if planted together and contains 9 plants:
1. Claude Shride Martagon Lily - 3 Bulbs
2. Sunny Morning Martagon Lily - 3 Bulbs
3. Manitoba Morning Martagon Lily - 3 Bulbs
*Plants are subject to change due to availability. If we make substitutions, we feature plants with similar attributes suitable to the garden/collection design.
